Located centre field, directly behind the finishing post, is the new corporate entertaining area, The Cairns Amateurs Aviary - guaranteed to impress! Enjoy the atmosphere and excitement of one of Australia’s premier spring horse racing Carnivals and celebrate this iconic North Queensland event with clients, friends or colleagues in style.
An Exciting New Corporate Marquee Area will be created in the Centre Field in 2011. We will offer corporate guests an experience not to be forgotten, located directly behind the finishing post.
The All New Cairns Amateurs Aviary will allow twelve floored and themed 10m x 6m marquees (each day) in the Centre Field, Access will be across the track between races via entry gates conveniently open on to the main bookmakers area. We see this as a major improvement for the corporate market and will add to the atmosphere of the Carnival. Appreciate something extraordinary with substantial cocktail/canapé food and a three hour premium beverage package (11am – 2pm) followed by a premium cash bar. Marquee’s are available for either Friday Ladies Day or Saturday Cairns Amateur Cup Day
The Amateurs Aviary Marquee Package includes the following:
• An individual Marquee located directly behind the finishing post within a security enclosed area
• 50 Wristbands for invited guests to enter the Amateurs Aviary Area
• 10 general entry Gate Passes providing selected guest’s admission into Cannon Park Racecourse
• Substantial Canapés served throughout the day
• Private Bar with a 3 Hour Premium Beverage Package from 11.00am – 2.00pm
• Cash Bar or Account facilities to continue throughout the remainder of the afternoon
